If you want to make any of these exercises more challenging, simply raise the reps or sets. A rep is doing the exercise once, while a set is a number of those reps. You can also add weights to make some of the exercises tougher.

Been looking forward to this wedding reception for such a long time, and with surgery imminent, wasn’t sure we would actually make it. I have changed into a girl this year since losing the weight and love wearing dresses and dressing up, was nice to get out and socialise but self-conscious with the crutch.
Had a lovely fun evening with good company and lots of laughs :o)

Am on steroids now and despite the dismay at having to take them, as my surgeon pointed out, “I’m saving your legs Caroline, the pounds aren’t an issue” No weight recorded this week, suddenly doesn’t seem the most important thing in the world!

First week of Diet has gone well (it is what it is, and it is a diet) I don't own a scale, so I don't know the exact amount of weight I lost this week, but I can tell that I did lose some. I think I'll turn this into a weekly thing. I've tried to lose weight so many times the past 6 years that I'm still trying to believe that this time it will work.
